I've done a couple little doodles of characters from the books I've been reading :D
Here's Persephone(Sephy, the dark girl) and Callum(the white boy) from Naughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman, which is a book that switches the white and black races and their places in life, it's really really good and the love story between Sephy and Callum is so sweet and deep and powerful and oh its just wonderful :heart:

This is a very sweet drawing, I have never read this book, but now I am vry curious about what they are looking at!!

They're most likely looking out at the ocean, I meant to draw them so they'd look like they were on a beach ^^;

:wow: This is really awesome! I love how you did their expressions! The shading on Persephone and Callum and even on the sand (yes, I think it DOES look like they're on a beach :D) is also very nicely done :+fav: :)

OMG NAUGHTS AND CROSSES! *screams* <3 I love that book.

Aww... *squeals* They're so cute... Sephy's body seems a little short and/or Callum's body seems a little long. I don't know, I don't think their height difference was that significant, especially since they're sitting down. But then again, books leave a lot up to imagination. *huggles your picture* Keep it up!

Finally, somebody else who's read the book ^^ Yay! :3

I'm not sure about the bodies now, you're probably right though. I did imagine Callum being lanky in my mind, and Sephy being a little shorter. But I did have trouble with Callum's anatomy so that could be the problem I had.

I love it! I too have read the Noughts and Crosses trilogy, and I fell in love with it! They're such a good couple, it's just such a shame that the world isn't on their side :(
